To allow for other invited guests, your invitation does not include a plus-one. Uninvited guests will not be accommodated and will be asked to leave.

Unless stipulated on your invitation, we kindly ask that your child does not attend with you. We are unable to accommodate children in this celebration, though we love all of the amazing children in our lives.

Our ceremony/reception is planned to be outdoors. In October, Clermont, FL is expected to be in the high 70’s to low 80’s. Please dress accordingly. We will have air conditioned bathrooms and a place to take an air conditioned break if needed.

Yes, there is on-site parking available.
Yes, we will have ushers seating our guests as they join us for the ceremony and we will have place cards for the reception.
No, our ceremony will be completely unplugged. We ask that absolutely no one take any photos during our ceremony, as we have hired a photographer to take pictures throughout our day. Before and after the ceremony, you are welcome to take photos.

Yes! We will be serving a buffet of pasta, salad, bread, and an ice cream bar.
We are not asking for guests to bring outside food or beverages at this time. If you would like to sponsor a food or drink item, please reach out using gibsonweddinginfo@gmail.com
There is a strict no alcohol policy for this wedding. If a guest chooses to bring in an outside alcoholic beverage, that guest will be asked to throw their drink away and leave.
